Women's Retreat 2025

*REGISTRATION NOW CLOSED*
Whatever season you find yourself in - whether it's one of joy and celebration, waiting and uncertainty, hardship and loss, or the steady rhythm of everyday life - we are called to bear lasting fruit. Join us as we are reminded that when we are rooted in our Redeemer, we are called to proclaim His truth boldly, love others fully, and grow in our walk with Him. Come with expectant hearts, ready to be refreshed, encouraged, and challenged to live our your faith in every season.

Home away from home

Welcome to Family Tides - our home away from home for the retreat weekend.  This beautiful beach get-away is the perfect environment to leave our cares behind and focus on living life together in community as we worship the Lord.

Fellowship Spaces

This home offers plenty of warm and inviting spaces for us to be able to spend time together in fellowship as we connect and get to know one another better.

Guest Rooms

As an added bonus, everyone will be able to enjoy spacious and private guest accommodations, creating a truly relaxing weekend.

About OuR SPEAKER

Get to know more about SARA MACDONALD

Sara MacDonald is delighted to be part of WBC’s inaugural women’s retreat. She’s married to Jeff, and together they share the joy of raising three amazing kids, Olivia, Jack, and Penelope, who keep life wonderfully full - and the laundry baskets even fuller!

She teaches part-time at Calvary Academy and serves in a variety of ways at her church, including leading a high school girls’ small group. Along the way, she’s been reminded that God’s work isn’t held together by her tidy plans - or even by her beloved label maker - but by His sovereign and faithful hand.
When she’s not corralling kids or lesson-planning, you’ll probably find her thrifting treasures no one else wanted, sipping a good cup of tea, or rearranging furniture in her home until it “feels right.”

Most of all, she’s passionate about pointing others to the hope we have in Christ. She’s excited to spend this retreat weekend laughing, learning, and leaning into whatever God has in store, as we come together "In Every Season."
